I might be having trouble parsing what you wrote, but what exactly did you do to resolve the situation? (Apart from shouting this News Post into the void.)
Have you actually spoken to somebody from the Newgrounds Moderation team?
P.S.: No, you could not "file a lawsuit". You agreed to the ToS when you registered your account. Read the rules you agreed to again.
I've tried reaching out through support emails (only to get ghosted) - this was 5 months ago. I've spoken to 2 mods, one from discord which referred me to another mod on newgrounds, then this other moderator on newgrounds said they don't have the powers to fix whatever penalty made on my account, so then they've forwarded my post to a higher mod.
It's just a whole bunch of mess tbh, you guys need a proper moderation system and you guys should really use your support email and support to requests.
@Kanromusic I can agree that there is usually not a lot of feedback from the moderation team but that has to do with the nature of the beast: A lot of users know exactly what they did wrong and complain anyway - putting a massive strain on the moderation team.

The "higher mod" in question is likely also the one who banned you. This entirely speculative on my part but I'd say they do not have the time and nerve to discuss the ban because of the way you presented your case to them. Or because you were perceived as a liar in some capacity.
My advice would be to read the ToS and the Audio Portal rules and then rethink your presentation.
In doubt, you are already publishing your music elsewhere, so it's not as if you were 'depending' on NG.
it's not a matter of my music already being published "elsewhere", there's a big number of Geometry Dash level Creators who depend on Newgrounds for having my music available for use. My music wouldn't be on here if that wasn't the case. I'm giving everyone the freedom to use my music for their projects as much as they like, they shouldn't be limited to doing that.
@Kanromusic Not to shift "the blame" elsewhere, but when I look at this from your perspective, the core of your issue seems to lie with 'Geometry Dash''s policy.
They probably have 'a reason' to rely on Newgrounds' community & moderation team to make the decision for them, but if you are dissatisfied with their policy, you could ask in 'their' community for an update that allows users to use any audio file they like. From my point of view on this that would solve a lot of issues on NG's side as well.
