Hi everyone (and newgrounds staff),

So as many of you may have noticed, my songs have been unavailable for use on newgrounds.

This is because someone at newgrounds thought it would be wise enough to get involved in some personal drama I was experiencing, involving harassment I was receiving from people on discord (I'm a victim but has been slandered on numerous occasions).

(Long story short, I got agefished, plotted on, and harassed irl and was slandered under serious topics however things have been dismissed and I'm completely fine now. (Nothing illegal was done!!!) HOWEVER - this has left a scar on some of my work including newgrounds for whatever reason.)

Newgrounds decided to shadowban me / remove my ability to upload new music to my page without question which is absolutely disgusting and unjustified, and it's not surprising that a website managed by irresponsible, ignorant and irrelevant moderators and douchebags would pull a move like this on my account.

I've had a thorough look through Newground's TOS and Community Guidelines page, entirely throughout the both of them and none of the articles has shown any rule of sanction for any Outside drama or "illegal" Online/IRL related activities whatsoever, so respectively, Newgrounds had unwarranted reason (NO REASON) to make this change on my account.

Thanks for wasting loads of people's time. I hope it was worth it.

I've tried emailing support for newgrounds MONTHS ago and my support request was left unanswered, not good enough.

Now I could file a lawsuit for this, but I'm going to give Newgrounds staff a chance to read this and fix this situation before I decide to take action towards it, the ban made on my account is irrelevant to the platform, is unjustified, unwarranted, has definitely caused substantial damage to my growth as a dedicated artist and this has definitely made a lot of my time a total waste, over some drama which holds zero relevance to newgrounds, still 17 and having to deal with stupid shit like this which is managed by adults.

I think it's also worth mentioning, I was running a creator contest for GD level makers to make a level with my song, it involved prizes and stuff. A lot of people put months into these levels, only for them to be put to waste because of some petty drama which only damaged me, my community and those who worked hard for their projects with my music.

This completely fucked me up mentally and emotionally, because I'm doing everything I can independently to support my own community by giving them what they want, and one of the most highly requested things is to have my music on newgrounds for use on Geometry Dash.

I really want to put one thing out there: I'm going through a lot and things like this - having newgrounds disable my audio uploading feature on my account does absolutely nothing to help and is just fucking pointless, so please get this out to newgrounds staff, show them my disapproval and get them to restore my account features back to normal so I can support my community with free-to-use music for content, streaming and Geometry Dash community levels.
